Orthotics

Orthotics are custom made inserts for shoes.

They re-align the feet and stop them from rolling and pointing in or out too much. Orthotics help children and adults with not just pain and injury, but more importantly, growth, development and re-alignment of the feet, ankles, knees, hips, pelvis and the spine.

This growth, development and re-alignment can be achieved with children of all ages over 2 years.
