Nicky has been practising Yoga for 16 years and teaching Yoga for the past 8 years.
She is an qualified Iyengar Yoga teacher, with classes incorporating Asana (physical postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises), Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation), and Meditation.
Nicky currently has classes Monday and Thursday evenings – 7 to 8:15pm.
