Michele Bisetto, our resident Shiatsu Practitioner, will be leading these classes. Her experience in Martial Arts, Tai Chi and Qi Gong spans many years.
Michele is a Second Dan Tang Soo Tao Black belt, has completed Series 1 of Dayan (Wild Goose) Qi Gong and is currently studying Tai Qi as part of her ongoing martial arts involvement and training. She is also a qualified yoga teacher.
